MetroGel, MetroCream, and MetroLotion are prescription anti-inflammatories containing Metronidazole that when applied topically may be helpful in controlling inflammation (see Metronidazole Topicals). Many rosaceans find at least one of these topicals helpful in controlling their rosacea symptoms, but may need to test each in turn until they find the one that works best for them. However, rosaceans who find all of the "Metro Triplets" too irritating might have more success with Noritate.
